Horizon Classical Launches A New Concert Experience

Horizon Classical launches with New Horizons, a one-hour concert experience that combines a short documentary film with a live programme, designed to open classical music to new audiences. Featuring Haydn’s Symphony No. 6 “Le Matin”
and Copland’s Appalachian Spring, the performance is presented in a no-interval format, drawing listeners into the detail and shape of the music in a direct and accessible way whilst retaining its integrity.
The concert forms part of Horizon Orchestral Studio, a newly established platform for developing emerging conductors through real rehearsal and performance environments, connecting artistic training with public performance.
