A Weekend Vocal Workshop

download

Leichhardt Espresso Chorus invites you to a 2 day weekend workshop Vocal Works, a rare chance for singers to experience expert vocal tuition by three outstanding vocal professionals.

The workshops offer opportunities to extend your vocal skills, revise basic principles and learn dramatic presentation with  European vocal coach Manuela Ochakovski, award-winning artistic director and choral conductor Michelle Leonard and contemporary dramatic soprano Marie Angel.

The workshops will also explore breathing and posture, singing in a relaxed way, vocal blending in a choir, the challenges of intonation, physical exercises and creating atmosphere in music. The weekend finishes with a masterclass concert.

Accompanied by pianist Benjamin Burton, the venue for Vocal Works is the stunning Marrickville Town Hall.

The cost for the weekend is $160 and includes all workshops, the concert and music.
