MiKro Ensemble presents Musical Miniatures

MiKro Ensemble presents Musical Miniatures – Meditations on the music of Ross Edwards and and Hildegard von Bingen.

MiKro Ensemble comprises vocalists Nadia Piave and Vanessa Rohanna, viola player Tara Hashambhoy and percussionist Luke Robinson. All of them teachers of music, they invite you to a morning of music, bites and mimosas, revisiting, performing and celebrating some of the great teaching materials by Bartok, Kodaly and Ross Edwards, amongst others, which are also delightful compositions in their own right.

MiKro Ensemble has added a touch of re-imagining, and created a first program that is quirky and mystical, saluting the Sydney summer from sunshowers to melting ice cream!
