Nexas Quartet’s Harmonies Unveiled

Nexas Quartet presents Harmonies Unveiled, a concert including music by Lyle Chan, Claude Debussy and Fernande Decruck with its highlight being the world premiere of Carl Vine’s Saxophone Quartet Sawtooth. Opening the performance¬†will be unforgettable and unimaginable performance of Claude Debussy’s string quartet masterfully arranged for saxophones.

As well premiering the piece by Vine, the ensemble, comprising saxophonists Michael Duke, Andrew Smith, Nathan Henshaw and Jay Byrnes, will also play a fresh and exciting composition by Rosa Clifford. Clifford’s work promises to add a modern and distinctive voice to the evening’s repertoire with her unique musical language, blending elements of tradition and innovation.
