The renowned Eight Cellists of The Metropolitan Orchestra return to the beautifully restored Leichhardt Town Hall for a unique performance in an afternoon chamber concert when these outstanding musicians deliver their refreshing take on a wide range of music from classic masterworks to some of the best-known pop songs, all re-orchestrated to accentuate the beautiful sounds of the cello.
The program will include music by Schubert, Rachmaninov, Kate Moore, Lennon/McCartney, Freddie Mercury/Queen, Hans Zimmer and more. One performance only. Limited seating in this intimate venue, so bookings are recommended.
