Opera Australia presents Great Opera Hits their annual series of Sunday afternoon concerts featuring favourite opera arias. Great Opera Hits features some of the classics of opera, amongst them, Brindisi,the drinking song from La traviata,  Au fond du temple saint, the duet from Bizet’s The Pearlfishers (Les Pêcheurs de perles) and arias from Puccini’s La Boheme and Madama Butterfly.

Starting on Sunday 5 January, the concerts will run most Sundays until 23 March. Directed by Johanna Puglisi and hosted and accompanied at the piano by maestro Guy Noble, Great Opera Hits features four of Opera Australia’s Principal Artists: soprano Natalie Aroyan, mezzo-soprano Tania Ferris, baritone Luke Gabbedy and tenor Martin Buckingham.
