Willoughby Symphony Season Opener

The Willoughby Symphony’s inaugural concert for the 2016 Season, Pure Elation, opens with the concert Gala a glorious celebration of romantic arias by opera’s greatest lovers.

Under the baton of internationally renowned Artistic Director and Chief Conductor, Dr Nicholas Milton, with special guest soloists, soprano Taryn Srhoj, tenor Michael Butchard and mezzo-soprano Jermaine Chau, the magnificent Orchestra and Choir will perform a selection of heart-wrenchingly beautiful duets from Puccini’s La bohème and Madama Butterfly, as well as the beloved Flower Duet from Delibes’ Lakmè.
