Daniil Trifonov Releases New Album Bach: The Art of Life
Pianist Daniil Trifonov’s new album Bach: The Art of Life is due for release on 8n October 2021 by Deutsche Grammophon. In it, Trifonov explores “the scientific, emotional and spiritual dimensions of Johann Sebastian Bach’s cosmos, his faith, family, and world.”
Centered around Bach’s monumental icon, The Art of Fugue, Trifonov also performs the sublime Jesu, joy of man’s desiring, Pieces from the Notebook of Anna Magdalena Bach and other works by Bach’s sons.
This double album will be available on CD, LP vinyl and to download and stream, including in the new special high-quality spatial listening experience of Dolby Atmos.
