Discount Offer To A Venetian Coronation
The Choir of St James’ King Street is offering readers of SoundsLikeSydney a ticket discount to its May 21st concert, A Venetian Coronation.
Conducting this concert is Paul McCreesh, early music expert and founder of the Gabrieli Consort. A Venetian Coronation is a fabulous opportunity to see Paul McCreesh conduct the music for which he is best known and includes works by Andrea and Giovanni Gabrieli. It will have as its centrepiece a sumptuous recreation of a Venetian coronation. The Choir of St Mary’s Cathedral and Australian Baroque Brass join the Choir of St James’ at St Mary’s Cathedral for this landmark concert.
