Pinchgut Opera returns to the stage in December, with its major live production for the year, Platée by Rameau, directed by Neil Armfield in his directorial debut for Pinchgut. The company celebrates 20 years of being at the forefront of baroque opera in Sydney with an all-Australian cast directed by Erin Helyard.

The Semi-Finals Public Concert of the IFAC Handa Australian Singing Competition returns with 10 emerging singers vying for a place in the finals. Five finalists will be selected to proceed to the Finals Concert on Saturday 1 October at The Concourse, Chatswood.
