Resonance presents ‘Romance Francaise’
Resonance will present Romance Francaise, their second concert for the year on Friday 10th May at Christ Church, Lavender Bay.
The concert series was launched just this year and this concert features a programme of French music from Bizet, Gounod, Faure, Satie, Duparc and Debussy. Sopranos Jennifer Bonner and Corinne Parker, tenor Kaine Hayward and baritone Alex Sefton will be joined by musical director Chris Cartner at the piano.
Programme to include:
Bizet G: La fleur que tu m’avais jetée (The Flower Song) from Carmen
Debussy C: Claire de Lune
Martini: Plaisir d’Amour
Fauré G: Après un rêve
Gounod C: The Jewel Song from Faust
Refreshments including French wine will be served afterwards.
