Louisiana born tenor Arnold Rawls, wowed audiences with his performance as Manrico in Verdi’s Il Trovatore for Opera Australia earlier this year.

He is returning to the stage of the Sydney Opera House to perform in the New Year’s Eve Gala this summer. Revisit what the tenor with the dazzling high Cs had to say about his arrival on the opera stage, singing Verdi and his early training to be a Baptist minister.
