The Idea of North

The Idea of North brings its trademark silken smooth vocal blend to Camelot for the first time since 2016 showcasing their most recent and best iteration yet. With the addition of incredible vocal percussionist Kai Kitamura, the group’s repertoire, sound and musical expression have broadened in ways that make your experience of what these singers can do with only the human voice even more incredible.

With a repertoire of both familiar and new songs, the multi-ARIA Award winning ensemble comprising alto Naomi Crellin, soprano Emma Rule, tenor Nick Begbie and bass Luke Thompson with Kai Kitamura bring an unmistakeable contemporary sound to their classical training.
