Thielemann Writes “My Life With Wagner”

Wagner fans alert! Christian Thielemann, conductor and music director of the Bayreuth Festival is regarded as one of the foremost exponents of Wagner.

He has written a book released this month which chronicles his journey with the music of Wagner. Titled My Life with Wagner, and translated into English, the book examines Wagner’s controversial music from  the points of view of performance and ideology.
