There is a new movie about choral singers to be released nationally on April 23rd. Boychoir is about a troubled eleven-year-old boy at a prestigious American East Coast music school who clashes with the school’s demanding choir master played by Dustin Hoffman. The movie co-stars Kathy Bates, Josh Lucas, Debra Winger, Eddie Izzard, Glee’s Kevin McHale and introduces Garrett Wareing.
Canadian director François Girard (The Red Violin) creates a drama for the entire family. Boychoir is the story of a talented youngster struggling against the odds to find his voice.
