Comprising some 12 talented string players, Concertante Ensemble was formed in 1996 and will mesmerise you with their energetic performances.

The ensemble is led by two busy violinist mums Susan Collins and Karina Hollandswh between them, have six children.

This concert symbolises a battle on more than one front as one of the musicians faces the battle of a lifetime. The husband of lead second violin Catrina Pelster, was diagnosed with cancer in early 2013. They have three children. A portion of the proceeds from this concert will go to this family.
