Sydney Eisteddfod Announces Crowd Favourite Winners
The Sydney Eisteddfod has announced the winners of its Crowd Favourite Performances. Votes were cast from around the globe for nearly 500 entries, and a jury of industry professionals deliberated over who should win the Jury Prizes.
The Crowd Favourite winners are: Zigeunerweisen – Tracy/ Ex Wives, SIX the Musical, one woman, six voices – María del Rosario Cabrera Martínez/ A Quiet Thing – Siobhan Lynch/ Khachaturian Violin Concerto: I Allegro Con Fermezza – Harry
The Crowd Winners will each receive a prize of $1,000. Congratulations!
The jury thought long and hard, and chose four winners from the original 33 finalists.
They are: Find A Way – James Ewens & Jasmin Arndt/ The Longest Time – Edward Langford/ NEXART PERCUSSION/ Vesti La Giubba – Sam Elmi
