Christ Church St Laurence Celebrates 170 Years With Beethoven’s Mass In C

Christ Church St Laurence presents its annual Orchestral Mass, which this year, commemorates the church’s dedication 170 years ago in 1845.

In celebration, the Choir of Christ Church St Laurence, St  Laurence Orchestra and organist Peter Jewkes, all under the director of Neil McEwan, present Beethoven’s Mass in C together with the joyous shout that is Parry’s I Was Glad and Behold the tabernacle of God by William Harris.   

Entry is free (note that the venue is likely to fill) and seating is unreserved.
