Free Concert – Classics At Callan Park

Classics at Callan Park returns, moving onto the lawns of Callan Park.

Join The Metropolitan Orchestra for sunset against the western sky-line and some wonderful classical music in this free concert! Programmed by the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of The Metropolitan Orchestra, Sarah-Grace Williams, the Inner West’s very own orchestra will feature members of the orchestra in performance as the sun sets, in a unique, open-air family musical experience.

  • 5:00pm: Selection of popular classics, performed by The Metropolitan Orchestra String Quartet
  • 5:40pm: Mozart  Clarinet Quintet, performed by The Metropolitan Orchestra String Quartet and Principal Clarinetist, Andrew Doyle
  • 6:20pm: Jenkins Palladio, performed by The Metropolitan Orchestra Strings, conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams
  • 6:50pm: Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, performed by The Metropolitan Orchestra Strings and Concertmaster Victoria Jacono-Gilmovich, conducted by Sarah-Grace Williams
