Maria Raspopova Chopin Recitals
Pianist Maria Raspopova returns to Sydney Opera House for two solo recitals of an all-Chopin programme.
Composed as miniature jewels, Romantic Chopin features Chopin’s Preludes and Ballades including some of his best-loved pieces – delicate, yet full of spirit and showmanship and perfectly suited to the intimate setting of the Utzon Room. Strong demand for the first performance has prompted a second performance scheduled for later that day.
